Sid works very hard to get the job done! We had used Sid to sell our previous house and purchase this house. The whole process was very easy to accomplish,and very professionally executed! Sid,s marketing and listing process is unique in its self! When we decided to put this house on the market,we of course contacted Sid to Get the job done! It proved to be quite the challenge in the lovely ever changing realty market! Sid worked diligently and tirelessly to meet the challenge. The sale finally came through after about a year of tire kickers and last minute dropouts ( due to no fault of Sid,s) .
