Sid was born and raised in the Magic Valley, where his deep roots in the local community stem from his childhood experiences. Growing up on a family-owned and operated ranch alongside his five siblings, Sid’s early life was steeped in the values of hard work and close family ties. Until 1991, Sid dedicated himself to the family ranch, deeply involved in its daily operations. In 1999, Sid’s career took another significant turn when he established Lezamiz Real Estate Company. With this venture, he introduced an innovative “Team” approach to the business, which was unconventional and groundbreaking in the local real estate scene. This strategy involved a dedicated support staff and a team of skilled agents, all focused on enhancing service quality and efficiency.
