Sid works very hard to get the job done! We had used Sid to sell our previous house and purchase this house. The whole process was very easy to accomplish,and very professionally executed! Sid,s marketing and listing process is unique in its self! When we decided to put this house on the market,we of course contacted Sid to Get the job done! It proved to be quite the challenge in the lovely ever changing realty market! Sid worked diligently and tirelessly to meet the challenge. The sale finally came through after about a year of tire kickers and last minute dropouts ( due to no fault of Sid,s) . Sid arraigned last minute details to get the sale done!( paint touchups, carpet cleaning,etc.) As a side note: when I say “Sid”, I am referring to the whole wonderfull office staff ! They kept us updated and fully informed throughout the whole process! I would highly recommend Lezamiz real estate to anybody! They get the job DONE! Sid did it again!

We left the Magic Valley eleven years ago and have been bummed ever since. After years of bouncing around the U.S., we decided to come back. There's just something about Twin Falls, ID that's special. It might be the proximity to wilderness, the fact that it's only minutes to Sun Valley, but we think it's the people. Lezamiz Real Estate employs some of the best folks around and we had a great experience. First off, Sid Lezamiz is a great guy and helped us sell our house when we left back in '08. When we decided to move back the call was easy and he actually remembered us from 11 years ago. He set us up with a realtor, or shall we say "godsend", by the name of Darby Holt. When we planned on heading back to Idaho for a walkabout, Darby called us to get our thoughts on homes. Within minutes (no lie) we had 20+ homes sent to us for review. Once we rolled into town, we checked out neighborhoods and narrowed down our list sending it to Darby on a Sunday night. We showed up for a meeting at her office at 10A the next day and she had a bound, yes I wrote bound, book of the homes we were about to tour. Ok, we've bought and sold more homes than I care to admit and no one has done this for us ever. We were absolutely blown away by the professionalism and organization. Darby helped us narrow down our selections and ultimately facilitated us getting a really nice house. She's been with us every step of the way and helped us with all sorts of things, promptly and kindly. We are excited to be back! So thanks . . . first to Sid for having a quality realty office, but a BIG shoutout goes to Darby Holt. Thanks Darby, you knocked it out of the park. If anyone asks, Lezamiz Real Estate is our realty company of choice.
