Sid absolutely did it again! Our house had been up for sale in the past year with nothing but failure. Two months ago, we interviewed Sid for the job. He passed the test. We moved from Washington state. My brother who lives in Gooding Idaho bought his house thru Lezamiz real estate so he recommended we use them. Our agent, Krystal Warburton, was FANTASTIC! She responded quickly to any questions, situations and problems that arose. She even called us several times while out of town over a holiday to help us through situations. I went to Lezamiz's to look for a house after I had been renting with them for a year. This is my first house and Joss Grandeau was a superb help in this search. I needed a bit of hand holding through the process, but he was there regardless of how dumb my questions were. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to buy!
