				I'm in my 80's and it was time to sell, there were several realtors that interested me, then I saw the one that seemed to have everything I need to sell my property. Not only to promote my property, but to be there to assist in preparing it for presentation. They helped put in new carpet, new paint, cabinet refurbishing, plumbing repairs, along with the little things that count. It worked, my property sold in short order. 				Sid Lezamiz was so professional with us!! I know he's a busy guy and he still took the time to deal with something as small as a washer and dryer for my family! Completely personable and down to earth I am still in awe of how courteous he was. So professional!!! It's easy to see why he's the best! He did it again! Thank you Sid.
