				The overall interaction and work experience was far above expectation. We were greeted warmly and seated with by far, the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working and dealing with. Sid was awesome, he made the process of selling my home quick and easy within a tight deadline of 30 days. I had an amazing time working with Lezamiz real estate co and everyone else that was involved. Will definitely be coming back when I buy again!!!

				Sold a Single Family home in 2024 in Twin falls, ID. Sid kept us informed about everything. We received weekly calls about the number of people looking at our house and their reaction to the house. He gave us his expert advice and was never pushy. He always available to us and offered solutions for problems that arose. We were pleased, as he was very involved in all aspects from listing to closing. Sid did an outstanding job assisting us with the selling of out house.

				Sid Lezamiz was so professional with us!! I know he's a busy guy and he still took the time to deal with something as small as a washer and dryer for my family! Completely personable and down to earth I am still in awe of how courteous he was. So professional!!! It's easy to see why he's the best! He did it again! Thank you Sid.

				I had to fire my first realtor that I carried for almost 6 months did not sell my house and then I hired Sid and he got the job done within two months Sid did it again

				After 6 months, SID sold my house to a buyer who was perfect for the house. He explained the process with me and worked with the buyers agent to get a fair deal. The only negative was a perceived lack of advertising the features of the home.

				Sold a home in 2021. Sold my mother's home a couple of years ago and help her get into alternative housing. He sold it quickly and for much more than we really were expecting. Mom had me do the upkeep after Dad passed so I knew it was in good shape. Sid confirmed it was and sold it for a good price. He gave us the rundown on the buyers, how they were financially situated and it would be safe to accept an offer from them. All in all it was a good experience.

				Sid helped us evaluate farm ground that is part of an estate. He came out to see the property, looked at farm maps, legal descriptions and tax documents, and met with us twice. The information he gave us about value and property divisions was beyond helpful.

Sid was born and raised in the Magic Valley, where his deep roots in the local community stem from his childhood experiences. Growing up on a family-owned and operated ranch alongside his five siblings, Sid’s early life was steeped in the values of hard work and close family ties. This upbringing played a crucial role in shaping his understanding and appreciation of the local area, providing him with invaluable insights that would later benefit his career as a realtor.

Until 1991, Sid dedicated himself to the family ranch, deeply involved in its daily operations. However, that year marked a significant shift in his professional life as he decided to hang up his rancher boots and begin a new career path as a realtor. This decision was driven by a desire to explore new opportunities and apply his work ethic and knowledge of the area in a different arena.

Sid’s career as a realtor was built upon the solid foundations of hard work, client consideration, and a commitment to providing exemplary service. His dedication was not only to his Twin Falls clients but also to his professional development, as evidenced by his pursuit and acquisition of several important credentials. These include a Broker License, GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), and certifications as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), along with accreditations in Real Estate Law, Appraisal, Finance, and Broker’s Administration.

In 1999, Sid’s career took another significant turn when he established Lezamiz Real Estate Co., based in Twin Falls, Idaho. With this venture, he introduced an innovative “Team” approach to the business, which was unconventional and groundbreaking in the local realtor scene. This strategy involved a dedicated support staff and a team of skilled agents, all focused on enhancing service quality and efficiency.
