Lezamiz Real Estate returns all calls promptly. Sid sold a vintage 2-story rental for me this summer that needed a lot of cleaning and repair done. His team was able to fix the property up to pass FHA standards so we could complete the sale. In today’s tight job market I never would have been able to get that done myself. I have done business with Sid on several real estate transactions and he is always able to negotiate to a closing.

Sold a home in 2021. Sold my mother's home a couple of years ago and help her get into alternative housing. He sold it quickly and for much more than we really were expecting. Mom had me do the upkeep after Dad passed so I knew it was in good shape. Sid confirmed it was and sold it for a good price.
