Sid Lezamiz

Born and raised in the Magic Valley, Sid has invaluable knowledge of the local community. He and his five siblings grew up on the ranch that is still owned and operated by his family. Sid continued to work on the ranch until 1991 when he traded in his boots for a career in real estate. Sid began his real estate career in a traditional real estate agency working under a licensed broker. From the outset, Sid built his career on hard work, consideration for his clients and dedication to provide excellent service. Because of this, Sid excelled in real estate sales. But his "rancher's work ethic" wouldn't let him sit back on his heels. Over the years he has diligently applied himself to staying current in the real estate field and has gained the following licenses, certifications and accreditation: Real Estate Broker License GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) Certification CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Certification CRB (Certified Residential Broker) Certification Accreditation in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance & Broker's Administration In 1999, Sid opened his own agency Lezamiz Real Estate Company with his dedicated support staff of six years. His intent, in creating his own company was to enable him to provide even better service to the residents of the Magic Valley. Lezamiz Real Estate Companies nontraditional, innovative "team" approach is one way he has employed to achieve this goal.
 

Terry Winkle
Real Estate Agent - Seller Specialist 

Born and raised in the Twin Falls area, Terry has an intricate network of friends and family throughout the area along with a lifetime of connections with the community. The second oldest of 5 children, Terry has learned the art of teamwork, family values, and community support, which has catapulted him into the people business with a full time career in Real Estate. Being married and having children of his own, Terry understands the value families put in homes and works to make the real estate experience priceless. 

Growing up, Terry was encouraged by his father, along with his brothers, to start a small business to learn important skills for life that only a self employed person could attain. Running a small lawn mowing business for several years, Terry and his brothers learned how to work hard, be dependable, and develop relations for future business. Later in Terry's life his father introduced him to real estate investing. At a young age, Terry had and interest in how the real estate industry worked. Starting out with a few rentals of his own, Terry decided to embrace real estate as a whole, and joined Lezamiz Real Estate Co. Learning the ropes as an Escrow Manager, Terry advanced in his knowledge of the real estate market and has been able to connect with the community once again through this lifetime career. 

Terry has since obtained his license as a Real Estate Agent for the State of Idaho and is ever advancing his education to be of better service to the community. Terry is working on his Certified Residential Specialist accreditation and future plans to work on a Certified Real Estate Brokers license.  

Doug Roe
Real Estate Agent - Buyer Specialist 

Doug is an Idaho Native, who was born in Boise. His family moved to Salem, Oregon, shortly after he was born. At age 6, Doug and his family enjoyed six adventurous years living in the Pacific-Micronesian island of Guam, and then traveled to the Far East, living in Hong Kong for another two years. Doug's family returned to their roots, and settled in Eastern Idaho. The last 13 years, Doug has lived in the Magic Valley. Doug followed his father into medical administration after graduating from Idaho State University, and pursued his passion of serving people as a Skilled Nursing Home Administrator.  

After 9 years in health care, Doug found an opportunity and began applying his passion of serving people in real estate. He was recently appointed to the Greater Twin Falls Board of Realtors and serves as the Magazine Committee Chairperson. Doug feels extremely blessed, knowing he has helped hundreds of families successfully navigate the world of real estate. Doug's mission is Relentless, Effective Pursuit of Security Through Opportunity.  

Doug is blessed with six children, Michelle 23, Danielle 21, Michael 19, from his first marriage, and his three "Bonus Kids", Mackenzie 12, Kylie and Hannah 10, who are children of Doug's soul mate, Lori. Doug has one grandson, Rylon 1. Doug also enjoys chasing golf balls, perfecting his homemade Chili and Salsa recipes, producing the perfect garden, and conceiving ways to care for his neighbors.  

Kym Lott
Real Estate Agent - Buyer Specialist 

Kym has lived in Twin falls for 18 years. She worked in the Mortgage Industry as a Loan Officer for several years before deciding to take some time off to be with her family and a new baby. Now that the kids are older she has decided to return to the Real Estate industry as a Buyer Specialist. Lezamiz Real Estate Co. is excited to have had Kym join our team. She loves working with people and is excited to help families achieve the "American Dream" of owning their own home. 

Tony Levdanskiy
Real Estate Agent - Buyer Specialist 

Tony was born in Russia but raised in America from a young boy. At 5 years old Tony and his family moved to Sacramento, California where they lived for 9 years before moving to Idaho "the land of opportunity!" At the young age of 14 Tony and his brother started a landscaping business and it is currently in it's sixth year and thriving. 

Tony loves working with people and always knew his occupations in life would involve interacting with others. Real Estate is a "people business" and he knows that if he continues to work hard, he would have success in Real Estate as he has had in his landscaping business. Recently an opportunity came along to enroll in Real Estate classes, the classes sparked his passion and he has since made Real Estate his career. Tony loves knowing that he has helped people achieve their dreams of home ownership. 

Stephanie Atkinson
Real Estate Agent - Escrow Manager 

I’ve had the great pleasure of being the Escrow Manager at Lezamiz Real Estate several years. I am a licensed Realtor in the State of Idaho and enjoy all aspects of this industry. I have four wonderful children, Nick (19), Katie (17), Dylan (16) and Aron (11), too many pets, and a very amazing group of friends and family with whom I enjoy spending my free time. In the last year, I’ve done four skydives (three tandems and 1 static line), participated in three 5K – 7.5K marathons, and most definitely enjoyed my life to the fullest. This past year, I, along with my co-workers, helped coordinate a team for the annual American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, participated heavily in the Jewelers for Children event, which benefits CASA, Make a Wish, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Center, and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation, and I also volunteered with the Perrine Bridge Festival. I anticipate our office participating with these events each and every year. I have discovered that a life of service to others and involvement in the community is one of the best ways to live a full life. I am proud to be a member of the Lezamiz Real Estate team and feel our commitment to the community is paramount to our success in the real estate market.
